November 23, 2009 - Car Fire
Oshtemo firefighters responded to a reported vehicle fire in the parking lot of Maple Hill Pavilion near Drake Road at 1:20 PM Monday afternoon. Car 504 arrived on scene two minutes after being dispatched and confirmed a working vehicle fire with no exposures present. Engine 521 arrived on scene and a crew deployed a 1-3-4" handline to extinguish the fire. There was extensive damage to the engine and passenger compartment of the vehicle.
